There have been many questions such as:
“Our NMIS computer has a message appear saying we have 26 days to register.
Is this something that is necessary?
Are we due for our annual upgrade?
Do we need to renew our software?
What do I need to register? How do I register?”
These are common questions we frequently receive. I would like to explain the difference between Registration and Renewal for LTU customers and Owners of our software.
Registration is free. It is also mandatory in order for the software to function. Registration is simply our way of knowing that you are still using our software. To make registration easy, we offer multiple options. You will need the request # which is 16 to 20 digits long to complete the process. You can fill in the blank fields in the registration box directly from the software and this will register you online.

REGISTRATION for LTU:
For our LTU (License To Use) customers, your registration AND renewal are due at the same time. It is mandatory you pay the renewal fee and register the software.
You will receive the following notice 45 days prior to your software expiring:
“After X days the “Product” program will not allow you to enter any new records. You will only be allowed to view and print historical data. Please contact your Radiopharmacy provider or “Product” Technical Support at 800-851-0025 to renew your “Product” Software License to Use Agreement.”
After the 45th day you will receive the following message:
“Your “Product” Software License to Use Agreement has expired (or expired X days ago). The “Product” program will not allow you to enter any new records. You will only be allowed to view and print historical data. Please contact your Radiopharmacy provider or “Product” Technical Support at 800-851-0025 to renew your “Product” Software License to Use Agreement.”
REGISTRATION for OWNERS:
For the Owners of our software, you will receive the following message 30 days prior to your registration:
“You must register within X days. If you don’t register by then “Product” will stop working.”
After the 30th day you will receive the following message:
“Product” registration has expired (or expired X days ago).”
Renewal is like an insurance and as mentioned, is highly recommended. As an active customer, paying your yearly renewal fee will ensure you receive telephone and/or online technical support plus any software upgrades that become available during your support period. Your software expiration date is effective regardless of when the support is renewed. Typically you will receive a renewal quote approximately 3 months prior to expiration. This is where we need your help. If the person in charge of renewals has temporarily or permanently left the department or company, we need you to notify us so we can update our contacts. It is helpful to have a primary and secondary contact listed and extremely important that we keep this list up to date.
